The Process
01.
Pre-Design
This stage is arguably our most important stage as the key to a successful project is ensuring that the final interiors are an authentic reflection of our client. During this stage we take time to really learn about the clients needs, wants, lifestyle, personal style and aspirations. From there we build. Beginning with site measure and space planning to ensure understanding of function, scale, budget, and any structural or administrative requirements. Following, we establish a total comprehensive budget in collaboration with our client before kicking off the design stage to ensure our client’s financial comfort.
02.
Design
Here is where we present the concept designs consisting of floor plans, including space planning and any structural changes that may be necessary, along with a mood board presentation consisting of proposed finish materials and fabrics, as well as a unique presentation showing two to three fully designed rooms with actual furniture pieces and accessories. Our technology also allows us to mix and match pieces in real time to attain a full final selection, so the client leaves knowing exactly what pieces look like in a whole. By seeing every detail together, it better translates the final product to our client. In addition, we specialize in rendering in house, in case there’s ever a conceptual concern we can construct one to ensure our client is fully understanding and drawn into the design.
03.
Project Management
At this point our clients can sit back at ease knowing that we have full responsibility over the project and ensure that our designs are being executed exactly as specified and that the project is progressing as planned. As industry professionals, we manage each subcontractor/vendor, verify all items have been ordered, fabricated, shipped, and delivered in perfect condition to a receiving warehouse. This will allow our client to have peace of mind throughout the process.
04.
Installation
This is the ultimate unveiling experience. We oversee the entire installation from rugs, furniture, art and wall décor pieces, to the final accessories. We then welcome our client back into their home for the reveal of their completely transformed space.
